Airlane Pneumatics are pneumatic system and process control specialists. Our team has many decades of experience in supplying innovative, robust and cost effective automation solutions using compressed air as the main power source.

Established in 2005, Airlane Pneumatics has been trading from its current site in Sunderland since 2010 and, although compact, has a fully equipped workshop and test area. Here we design and manufacture pneumatic & electro-pneumatic control panels, upgrade worn or mothballed machinery from the briefest of information to fully recommissioned status. We also service and repair cylinders & valves using only genuine parts.
By understanding the fundamentals of pneumatic control, its inherent costs and operational safety requirements, we are offering our customers help and advice on machine and factory health & safety of their pneumatic and compressed air supply systems. Our surveys give a comprehensive report detailing possible safety improvements and cost reduction initiatives. We offer a range of pneumatic ‘Products for Safe Systems’ to complement this.
Working closely with special purpose machine designers, we become part of the design team helping with the initial concept specification through to the design of the pneumatic control circuits, building them into enclosures and installing the enclosures on site directly onto the new machinery.

Airlane offer a 3 days Foundation of Pneumatics training course covering how and why we use compressed air through basic components, circuit design, health and safety products and best practice. The training culminates in a final exam and certificate presentation.
