Infinite Perspective Consulting (IPC) have a track record of partnering with organisations to develop plans to deliver the workforce capability needed to respond to changes in technology and achieve profitable growth. Principal consultants, Bob Blenkinsop and Sean McIlveen, both have more than 30 years advanced manufacturing experience gained in senior global roles with Ford Motor Company and Rolls-Royce Plc. In recent years they have partnered with several stakeholders in the North East to identify the future capability required to support growth in advanced manufacturing across the region.

At Rolls-Royce Sean was the HR Director for the Aerospace division, whilst also serving on the Group Operations Executive. Sean was a member of the CBI Employment Committee, supporting the No.10 advisory group on Pensions and Equality legislation. He is currently an employer member of the UK Government Central Arbitration Committee (CAC), and an honorary teaching fellow at Lancaster University.

Bob was the executive HR director for Ford Britain, and at Rolls-Royce held several positions including HR Director for the Civil Aerospace business, global head of talent and development, and Regional HR director for the UK. He was a member of the UK Skills & Job Retention Group, and has operated as a non-executive director in several sectors. Bob is also currently Chair of the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation.
