• Company name on a name board in standard text (no branding/logos can be added)

If you require additional stand furniture, this can be arranged with the show contractor.
The specification of your shell scheme stand is enclosed within the Expo Manual and can also be requested from the event organiser. The shell scheme panels are compatible with Velcro. Only hook Velcro is required and this should be fixed to the exhibitor panels.
It is the exhibitor's responsibility to dress the stand with appropriate branded materials.
If you require shell scheme coloured wall panels, wall graphic prints and/ or additional furniture and AV hire at the event, please complete the Shell Extra's Order Form and submit directly to the appointed contractor JNM Exhibitions. You will be provided this form upon registration.
If you require any wall graphic design, banner stands, literature or other marketing support, Horizon Works has put together a range of exclusive marketing support for exhibitors. Details can be found within this Expo Manual. You will be provided this form upon registration.
All deliveries for the exhibition should be posted to the address below. The venue will only accept small deliveries and only the day prior to the event (25th September). Please post these to: North East Automotive Expo 2024, FCO Fiona Murphy, Beacon of Light, Stadium Park, Sunderland, SR5 1SN
The organiser, the venue or the sponsors DO NOT accept any responsibility for damage or loss of any properties brought in by the exhibitors and/ or their contractors. Exhibitors are responsible for their items.
All venue catering facilities will be open for purchasing items. Lunch will be offered to all attendees thanks to our lunch sponsor, Masfix. Attendees should make ONE visit to the catering facility. We know that networking can be thirsty work, so in partnership with our refreshments sponsor, SOS Industrial Ltd, we are providing tea, coffee, and water facilities throughout the day. Make your way to one of the two refreshments stations that are located in the exhibition hall, which will be manned and regularly cleaned by a fully accredited catering provider.
Whilst we will take every precaution to ensure security and safety at our exhibition, we do not accept any liability for loss or damage to any exhibitor’s property. Exhibitors must hold relevant Public Liability insurance.
In addition to this, you should consider insuring your expenditures against abandonment and cancellation or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.
Any demonstrations on site must have the relevant health and safety clearance. If in doubt, please contact the event organiser who will be able to advise accordingly.
