"I've been practising mindfulness for a few years now and find it really helpful in the current environment. For senior people, mindfulness practice can help you step back and take a short time out from the pressures we all face, particularly right now in this very unique and unprecedented situation.
NEAA are running regular sessions with Alan Ross from ARK Associates who is my coach introduced me to mindfulness 5years ago. I would really encourage others to try it out! You can get many benefits from a few minutes practice each day - wellbeing, relationships, sharper mind and clear thinking as well as dealing with situations and people in a different way." Robin Finley, Plant Director, ZF Automotive
