E-Max Systems, a software company providing ERP and MRP systems for manufacturing and engineering SMEs, announced today that it has expanded its senior management team, creating a new position of Customer Relations Director and promoting Jason Pritchard to Sales Director.
Zeynel Badak, who previously held the role of Sales Director within E-Max, has moved across to the new Customer Relations Director role.
E-Max Systems, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, has enjoyed their most successful year, with a projected final turnover of £1.5m, up 30% on 2017.

Zeynel’s knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering markets and his intuitive understanding of our customers’ requirements makes him a perfect fit for this new role. This expansion of our team to include a customer focused director level position reflects our commitment to our customers and ensuring they get the best value from our ERP and MRP software.”

Jason Pritchard will be working with a team of ERP consultants, with a focus on developing new business and will be based in E-Max’s Darlington office, reaffirming E-Max’s commitment to the north east and the manufacturing and engineering industries in that area. Jason has been with E-Max Systems since 2012 and has held several roles across the company, including Operations Manager and Solution Implementation Consultant. Prior to joining E-Max Systems, Jason was employed in various sales roles within the Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing and IT sectors.
