Naylors Gavin Black refreshes brand identity – “represents a consultancy built for what’s next”

North East commercial property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black is positioning itself for the next phase of growth with a new brand identity and strategic plan.

The 40-strong, Newcastle city centre-based firm, which operates nationally, will now be known as Naylors.

Its new three-year growth strategy involves targeted senior recruitment across key service lines, a greater emphasis on occupier services and potential geographical expansion where it enhances client delivery.

Naylors is investing significantly at an operational level, including upgraded IT infrastructure and new client relationship management (CRM) systems and property management software to improve efficiency and client insight.

A recent senior appointment in the professional services team has enabled the firm to offer secured lending valuations.

Managing partner and industrial agency lead, Keith Stewart, said: “The refreshed identity reflects our progression in recent years and better showcases our established market expertise alongside our highly personal approach to advising clients on strategic property decisions.

“Central to our future plans is empowering the next generation of partners to play a greater role in shaping our long-term direction.

“Our new strategy brings a sharper focus, continued investment across the business and a commitment to supporting clients as market conditions, occupational patterns and investment structures continue to change.”

Partner, and investment agency lead, Chris Donabie, added: “Our new identity represents a consultancy built for what’s next, meaning – forward-looking, adaptable and focused on helping clients navigate complexity with assurance. While our brand has evolved, our commitment to independent advice, integrity and long-term client relationships remains unchanged.”
