The Companies Act 2006 Application
Pursuant to section 112 of the Companies Act 2006 and subject to the articles of association of the Company, to any rules being made there under, and to any terms for membership applicable to the Company, on behalf of the organisation referred to below I / we hereby apply for membership of the Company. Membership of the Company will continue until a member resigns by giving not less than seven days’ notice in writing to the Company.
In the event of the Company being wound up while the undersigned is a member, we undertake to contribute such amount as may be required, not exceeding the guaranteed sum of £1.00, for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before ceasing to be a member, and costs, charges and expenses of winding up, and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories among themselves.
