North East-based recruitment firm Theo James is expanding into new markets, as it looks to support the regions manufacturing and engineering industries.
Established in 2015, the company now employs 16 staff and has supported a host of manufacturing and engineering businesses with predominantly technical, engineering, supply chain and leadership roles.
The recruiter has now launched a specialist blue collar division to recruit a breadth of roles such as machinists, welders, fabricators and electricians.
Theo James Executive will also concentrate on senior leadership and C-Suite roles.
Managing director Mark Bracknall said: “This is a really exciting move for the business, and we are looking forward to further supporting this industry. I am really proud of the reputation we have built through the years and these divisions will sit perfectly with our existing markets within manufacturing and engineering.”
