EngineeringUK is a not-for-profit organisation, funded predominantly via the professional registration fees of individual engineers, as well as the support of a range of businesses, trusts and foundations, and a corporate membership scheme. We work in partnership with hundreds of organisations across the engineering community to inspire tomorrow’s engineers.

Skills Partnership
The EngineeringUK Skills Partnership is a network of businesses working together to grow the engineering talent pipeline. Our expert team of regionally based Business Partnership Managers work across the UK to support companies of all sizes, helping to drive sustainability in their businesses by supporting them to attract the right talent through engaging with young people in the most effective, impactful ways.

Through the Skills Partnership you can leverage insight and expertise to help establish a new, or, increase the impact of an existing talent pipeline programme, addressing individual company needs and priorities. More broadly, you’ll also contribute to improving the quality of engineering engagement activity, widening the talent pool and developing a more skilled engineering workforce.
