Following the launch of our Developing Insight series of breakfast seminars co-hosted by Square One Law, Turner & Townsend and Lichfields, we are delighted to announce that we will be hosting our second session on 13 October 2022 at Acklam Hall, Middlesbrough, TS5 7DY.
At this second event we will hear from two of the North East’s leaders in electrification; Matt Boyle OBE Professor of Practice at Newcastle University and governmental adviser, and Matthew Lumsden, CEO of Connected Energy. We will also be joined by Turner & Townsend’s Associate Director of Sustainability David Kemp.
Teesside Mayor Ben Houchen will introduce the session by talking about net zero in the region, and once you have heard from our speakers we will welcome questions from the floor. There will be opportunities to network before and after the session with a hot drink and a breakfast roll.
Why you should attend:
Gill Hunter, Managing Partner of Square One Law, will interview both Matt Boyle OBE and Matthew Lumsden on the topics of battery storage, electrification and their potential applications in other industries.
David Kemp, Associate Director of Sustainability at Turner & Townsend will also talk about how businesses can obtain grants to support their efforts towards net zero as we all make the effort to reduce our emissions.
