NEAA Members NEtwork and Getting the Best out of People with Interdigitate
Event Date:
November 12, 2024
Event Time:
9:00 am
Event Location:
Vantec Europe
Join us for an NEAA members networking event with a bit of a difference! In collaboration with Interdigitate, and hosted at Vantec Europe, this event will look at getting the best out of people – protecting communication and relationships at times of pressure.
Get together with fellow members for an informal catch up and update on the sector, then take part in an interactive training session that will help you be a better communicator.
Find out more about the latest industry skills news, learn more about maximising your membership and talk to the NEAA team and fellow cluster participants. You will also have the opportunity to introduce and promote your company to the network as part of the member introductions.
In addition, this one-off member event will offer training from Interdigitate that will cover:
- Effective leadership communication
- Challenging assumptions and bringing down the barriers
- Self-awareness and valuing diversity
- Building relationships to win
We invite you to a fast-paced interactive and engaging session that challenges you to reflect on your own leadership style, the way you deal with the barriers that prevent your own success and how you can build strong relationships in the workplace.
Agenda:
- 09.00am Registration, Networking and Refreshments
- 09.30am NEAA Welcome – Laura Gage, NEAA
- 09.35am Member Introductions
- 09.45am Automotive News and NEAA Skills Insights – Paul Butler, NEAA
- 10.00am Protecting People and Relationships at Times of Pressure – Simon Merchant & Scott Mallin, Interdigitate
- 12.00pm Close

If you have any learning access requirements, we’ll be very happy to accommodate these. Please let us know as soon as possible before the event.
Join us to maximise your membership and connect with like-minded businesses who make up the UK’s largest automotive cluster, plus access training to help you build stronger relationships in the workplace.
