Blyth-based Draeger Safety UK, part of The Dräger Group, has appointed a head of sales and marketing director to support the company’s growth plans.
David Head has taken up the position, having worked at the business for ten years.
In his new role, Head will lead the 55-strong sales and marketing team across Dräger’s safety business in the UK and Ireland, which encompasses the company’s full safety equipment portfolio, including portable breathing apparatus, gas detection systems, drug and alcohol testing and personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as its training academy and service, rental safety service and maintenance offerings.
