Based in Newcastle for over 40 years, Masfix are one of the largest independent fastening and fixings distributors in the North East. With over 40,000 individual SKU’s also including tools, PPE, cutting & abrasives, workwear and engineering consumables. On top of this we offer bespoke vendor managed inventory services to our customers where we can set up a system that will work best for your business i.e. a kanban system, onsite vending machine or even RFID tags.
One of the major highlights of our year is being lunch sponsor and exhibiting at the NEAA Expo. The NEAA put on an amazing show where all the North East’s automotive business get together to share knowledge and expertise within their specialist area. It’s a date now firmly in our calendars each year. Attending the show as lunch sponsors gives our business great visibility across the whole show. Access to meet the buyers of some of the largest Automotive businesses in the North East. Previous years have certainly proved that these initial contacts made via NEAA are vital to the beginnings of great business relationships. As always this is what we aim to achieve every year, getting to know our customers and also our customers to get to know us and leave the show feeling confident in the service we can offer.

The future is exciting for Masfix with plans to open a second site in Teesside, allowing us to replicate the thriving business we currently have in Newcastle. Although not too far away it will allow us to better serve our Teesside customers. We are always looking at ways we can improve our customer experience and by being close to all the great things going on in Teesside it was an easy decision for us.
