Naylors Gavin Black has been appointed to market a major warehouse and logistics scheme at Integra 61, just off the A1 in Durham.
Sunrise Real Estate has selected the property consultancy to generate occupier interest in the 650,000 sq ft Connect at Integra 61.
Naylors will work alongside incumbent agents Avison Young and CBRE to let five units, ranging from 43,000 sq ft to 298,000 sq ft.
One unit, spanning 298,000 sq ft, features 15 metre eaves, 25 dock doors and two level access doors, and is the region’s largest speculatively built industrial unit.
The properties are now ready for occupiers to move in.
Connect sits on the wider Integra 61 site, which includes a two million sq ft Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Costa and Greggs.
The 205-acre Integra site has the potential to create 4,000 jobs and add £2bn to the regional economy over the next ten years.
Jenny Wang, chief operating officer at Sunrise Real Estate, said: “Naylors impressed us with their excellent track record of lettings on similar schemes across the North East. We’re confident that we have the right team in place to take the development to its maximum potential.”
Keith Stewart, partner and head of agency at Naylors Gavin Black, added: “This is an incredibly exciting scheme to be marketing and we’re looking forward to getting started. For far too long there hasn’t been enough quality industrial stock locally to meet demand so Connect is a welcome addition to the market.”
