Prospot, which also incorporates Resistance Welding machine brands British Federal, Meritus, and micro bench welding companies Hirst Holden & Hunt and Gatwick (FPE), was established back in 1997.
Key partnerships including Serra, Luvata and CEA have contributed towards rapid growth, and we have the ability to design, manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of products from a single special electrode to a fully automated multi robot assembly cell. Prospot services clients such as Nissan, Jaguar Land Rover, Gestamp, Sertec, IBC and BMW.
Known for Resistance Welding, Prospot also offers a multitude of additional joining solutions including clinching, SPR, Nelson, and Gluing, alongside adaptive solution welding via its Fleximan and Multiman ranges.
Prospot continues to grow across Europe with dedicated manufacturing facilities at it’s Prospot Slovakia site, serving the Nitra automotive manufacturing hub and beyond including Czech, Hungary, Poland and Germany.
Over the past few years Prospot has evolved its business model to further support the needs of the Aerospace, Automotive, Oil, Rail, Renewable Energy and Construction Industries, and has seen a pattern of significant growth particularly for fully automated solutions in the Automotive sector.
The approach to Customer care and Project Management has enabled key relationships to flourish and complex machine projects to be delivered on time.
Prospot successfully continues to develop its one stop Consumable Product Service. Many customers now demand not only cost effective but also fast turnaround solutions, and with additional machine shop and Support Services investment, Prospot is ideally positioned to continue its growth.
